**Key Responsibilities**
- Build business & portfolio strategy to drive POME (Point of Market Entry Segment) growth in the region, dealing with a complexity of countries in different development stages and business challenges.
- Integrate POME strategy with full portfolio vision of diapers, wipes and toiletries to leverage efforts behind Huggies.
- Drive premiumization agenda by leading innovations on ‘skin care’ territory for Huggies diapers (the main consumer need for POME) but that can be also implemented on Active Baby sizes for short-, medium
- and long-term view.
- Define communication strategy that drives awareness and consideration between POME target and helps to builds on Huggies Masterbrand equity. This must include the creation and delivery of all brand inputs for a project or campaign implementation. Ex: Campaign/Product Launch Playbook, Brand Book, POS Toolkits, Selling Story for Trade Teams, etc.
- Create a strategic plan that drives Huggies trial and gifting opportunity before 1st diaper purchase.
- Define a strategic view that connect Huggies Brand purpose with the social impact targets and leveraging Masterbrand investments.
- Strategic support towards sub-regional and local teams. Influencing across all markets in order to define business priorities and KPI’s (financial targets, innovation pipeline, media budgets).
- Oversee relationships with strategic vendors such as regional advertising, trade and media agencies.
**Essential Knowledge / Experience**
- 7 years of experience in Marketing
- Project management expertise
- Lead communication development
- Ability to build relationships and drive team to move fast
- Influence ability, interface with senior leaders - regional and global ones
- Strategic thinking
- Business analytic and result oriented
- Fluent in English and Spanish
