**Especialista Nacional de Subvenciones / National Grants Specialist**
**Propósito del puesto**:
Gestionar la recaudación de fondos de la cooperación internacional, donantes internacionales y donantes nacionales (institucionales y privados); y, contribuir a garantizar la continuidad de recursos financieros mediante el seguimiento al cumplimiento de compromisos asumidos por Plan Internacional con los donantes.
**Requisitos**:
- Título universitario en Ciencias políticas, Sociales, Negocios internacionales o afines, con énfasis en manejo de proyectos de desarrollo.
- Mínimo 02 años de experiência elaborando propuestas ganadoras de recaudación de fondos Institucionales (Cooperación de Gobiernos, Fundaciones Privadas Internacionales, etc.).
- Experiência en el análisis y mapeo de potenciales donantes.
- Experiência en elaboración y manejo de presupuestos.
- Excelente capacidad de redacción.
- Inglés a nível avanzado (hablado y escrito). Indispensable
- Disponibilidad para coordinaciones interinstitucionales, visitas a proyectos el 10% del tiempo.
