We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare...just to name a few).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Reporting to our National Sales Manager this In-store Execution Specialist is responsible for the execution and monitoring of commercial strategies at the point of sale where our products are present; must manage the replacement resource and team of supervisors coordinating them at the national level.

This Specialist will also direct strategy and guidelines for the work of third parties according to the commercial policies and strategies of EPC Perú, efficiently analyze and manage merchandiser resources with the annual assigned budget for EPC Perú,ensure compliance with the service contracted with the merchandiser provider, guaranteeing execution at the point of sale, in accordance with the strategies established by the commercial area, identify opportunities in the market, providing a business analysis with information that helps in future decision-making, lead and influence people to achieve excellent POS execution and collect and analyze updated information from each point of sale where replacement personnel are available and provide information, metrics and contribute to improvement and growth plans for Market Share and brand visibility at the Point of Sale.

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail or commercial company.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

- Administrative career professional (Commercial Engineering or related).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales (Operations or Customer area).
- Highly results-oriented, capable of working autonomously, in high-performance environments and with analytical skills.
- Knowledge in supervision, own retail logistics, lay out, sales, market research.
- Excel advanced level
- Knowledge of the sector in terms of geographic orientation in the region.(Perú)
