You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
- Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
- Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
- Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
- Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

- Experience in customer service, logistics or sales support
- Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)
- Solid communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure

Bring Sales Data Strategy into Execution through OSA (Operational Sales Analytics) Tool. Be a Tool and Data process Expert to support Change Requests, data integration into D4GV, Interconnections with other D4GV process and or Data Sources, Data Governance updates, WACAM Consolidated Dashboards administration. OSA Expert to Support continues improvements and WACAM Integration, Data Quality Maintenance (UAT). OSA stakeholders Requirements management and Harmonized improvements solution delivery. Expert to Support Tool Implementation and Maintenance in WACAM.

WACAM Tool Integration, Consolidates Stakeholders Requirements, UAT multifunctional support and Manages and Harmonizes Tool improvements roadmap and costs.

Manage and drive discussions/workshops with business team to clearly define the data elements, metrics, KPI’s and Dashboards in scope. Identify/understand and agree essential resources, priorities, risks, business value, timeline and acceptance criteria.

User acceptance Test first Filter with Core OSA Team Right Hand and support on OSA Lead for WACAM

**Job Requirements**:
'4-7 Years’ experience in Commercial Area.

Preferred Sales Field Experience, Sales Data Administration or Sales Analytics.

Other desired experiences in Trade Marketing and Marketing.

Power BI tool expertise desired, Bi knowledge very valuable.

Administrative or Engineer desired but any Career applicable if fluent in numbers, process, data, Sales KPIs interpretation and analysis, organization skills.
