**Formación**

Educación universitaria completa en, Contabilidad, Economía o afines con 2 años de experiência relevante en el sector de Servicios financieros, preferiblemente dentro de áreas como cumplimiento, auditoría o riesgos en una organización matricial.

**¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?**
- Promueve una cultura centrada en el cliente a fin de profundizar las relaciones con los clientes y aprovechar las amplias relaciones del Banco, así como sus sistemas y conocimientos.
- Ejecuta un programa de monitoreo y testeo basado en el riesgo, que identifica las áreas de exposición al mismo, en conjunto con el equipo de cumplimiento de Banca Internacional designado para ello, y las unidades de negocio existentes en el país, proporcionando una cobertura adecuada del riesgo y profundidad del testeo, mientras que promueve disciplinas consistentes de pruebas de testeo y monitoreo, en cumplimiento con los estándares de requisitos de cumplimiento regulatorio.
- Coordinar y llevar a cabo la ejecución de las actividades de monitoreo y de testeo según el plan anual de revisión y en consonancia con las prioridades estratégicas de los asociados comerciales.
- Asegurar el uso consistente de herramientas de testeo y plantillas, modelos para la explotación de información con el fin de gestionar riesgo de cumplimiento, el análisis de anomalías de datos e indicadores de riesgo de incumplimiento, para facilitar las actividades realizadas por el área de Cumplimiento en el país.
- Evaluar las prácticas de las unidades de negocio designadas, para determinar sus eficiencias y efectividad en relación con la mitigación del riesgo regulatorio y alineadas con la estrategia de transformación digital del Banco
- Gestionar la preparación y entrega del informe de resultados de las pruebas de testeo, de los procesos monitoreados,capturar riesgos emergentes, tendencias observadas y oportunidades relacionadas para la consideración del Gerente y el Director de Cumplimiento del País
- Mantener conocimiento sobre los desarrollos regulatorios en la industria financiera del País.
- Identificar brechas en el programa de cumplimiento existente y participar en el desarrollo, mantenimiento e implementación de cambios en las políticas y procedimientos locales de cumplimiento.
- Identificar como segunda línea de defensa, las posibles violaciones de los requerimientos regulatorios, en las políticas y procedimientos internos, de manera oportuna; y formular recomendaciones y conclusiones para mitigar los riesgos de negocio, de cumplimiento, y de conducta ética.
- Investigar las observaciones de cumplimiento a medida que surgen, e informar los resultados de las pruebas de testeo de cumplimiento a su gerencia inmediata, con recomendaciones sobre el enfoque a seguir.
- Comprende la cultura de riesgo del Banco y cómo debe considerarse el apetito de riesgo en las actividades y decisiones diarias.
- Realiza activamente operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas, a la vez que garantiza la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles de negocios diarios a fin de cumplir con las obligaciones destinadas a reducir el riesgo operacional, el riesgo de incumplimiento reglamentario, el riesgo de lavado de dinero y de financiamiento al terrorismo y el riesgo de conducta, entre las que se incluyen las responsabilidades establecidas bajo el Marco de Gestión del Riesgo Operacional, el Marco de Gestión de Riesgo del Incumplimiento Reglamentario, el Manual Internacional de Prevención del Lavado de Dinero y Financiamiento al Terrorismo y las Pautas para la Conducta en los Negocios.
