**Responsibilities**
- Leading a diverse development team through management and mentorship.
- Collaborating with Product Managers.
- Contributing to recruitment activities.
- Developing standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.
- Improving company policies.
- Preparing and optimizing budgets.
- Recommending technological developments and improvements efficiency.
- Developing the team to ensure quality end products.
**Qualifications**
- Engineering or similar degree.
- Strong coding expertise as Backend or Fullstack developer with PHP, Laravel, Node Js, Javascript, Unit Testing, React, Typescript (essential).
- Previous working experience in software design and developing.
- Organizational leadership experience.
- Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to develop quality teams.
- Optimal communication skills.
- Experience in recruiting engineers and contributors.
- Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-oriented platforms.
- Have a solid foundation in software design.
- Be a strategic problem-solver.
- Ability to collaborate and connect with team members.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management.
- Advanced English language (essential).
