**Objetivo del puesto**:
Planificar, coordinar, controlar y participar en la habilitación y puesta en campo de personal eventual o propio requerido para ejecutar los trabajos de servicios programados de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos. Además, brinda soporte transversal en labores administrativas de planificación, logística, costos, gestión de personal eventual y otros requeridos propios para la puesta en marcha del proyecto.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:
Brindar soporte en campo para la habilitación y puesta en campo de personal eventual o propio requerido para ejecutar los trabajos de servicios programados.
Coordinar la entrega de EPP del personal asignado a la parada de planta.
Soporte logístico para la ejecución de los servicios de campo.
Buscar alianzas con las empresas de servicios (alimentación, transporte, alojamiento y vigilancia) para suministrar las necesidades del personal eventual y fijo.
Planificar y ejecutar las etapas del proceso de habilitación y evaluación de personal de acuerdo al requerimiento de personal para los servicios programados.
Realizar las coordinaciones pertinentes para habilitar y deshabilitar al personal participante de servicios en las unidades mineras donde se realizan los trabajos de campo.
Entablar relación con las áreas de Habilitación de las diferentes unidades mineras para conocer y cumplir con los requisitos de ingreso de personal.
Controlar el adecuado resguardo documental de toda la documentación de personal externo clasificados por especialidades.
Realizar las capacitaciones de inducción al personal seleccionado.
Programar y coordinar las charlas de seguridad con el area de HSE.
Programar y coordinar los exámenes médicos con el área Médica.
Programar y coordinar los requerimientos legales con Recursos Humanos.
Solicitar seguros SCTR y otros según sea el caso al área de Bienestar.
Coordinar con el área de HR para la obtención de los contratos de trabajo eventuales cumpliendo las normas y procedimientos internos.
Soporte en la elaboración de expedientes para la puesta en marcha de proyectos.
Soporte en la elaboración de reportes semanales y mensuales del área.
Elaborar y mantener actualizada la base de datos con información clave del área.
Elaboración de reporte de HH del personal de la gerencia de FSE para carga en SAP.
Realizar las coordinaciones y habilitaciones pertinentes para las visitas comerciales
del personal del área en los principales clientes.
Controlar el adecuado resguardo documental del área.
Conocer y cumplir con las Políticas de los sistemas de gestión.
Cumplir con los procedimientos, instructivos y documentos de los sistemas de gestión.
Informar de cualquier incidente, accidente y/o condición de riesgo que pueda afectar a la seguridad y salud de las personas, equipos o ambiente.
Cumplir con los procedimientos, normas, reglamentos e indicaciones del estado peruano, de Metso Outotec y del cliente.
Otras funciones encomendadas por su jefatura inmediata de acuerdo a su puesto de trabajo

**Para tener éxito debe contar con los siguientes requisitos**:
Estudios Superior Universitario, Egresado o Bachiller de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines.
Mínimo 1 año de experiência laboral. Desempeñando funciones de habilitación de preferencia.

**Deseable contar con conocimientos en**:
Planeamiento y control.
Excel, Word y Power Point nível Intermedio.
Seguridad Industrial en mina.
Conocimiento de plantas concentradoras y site de los clientes.
Conocimientos de aspectos legales laborales, de seguridad.
Conocimiento de sistemas gestión y normas de calidad.
Deseable residir en Lima o Zona Centro Norte del país.
Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo régimen minero en la sede del Proyecto.
