**JOB SUMMARY : Provide coordination and support of Line Unit regulatory and compliance program activities in accordance with Enterprise policies and procedures and applicable local regulatory requirements. Coordinate the required interface and reporting to the Financial Products Division (FPD) Compliance Department and assures timely and accurate completion and tracking of all compliance and reporting requirements involving governmental and related regulatory compliance in the Line Unit’s region of operations.**

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.Serves as regulatory compliance expert for all Compliance Areas while leveraging relationship with Legal.

2.Serves as the trainer for all Compliance areas in the regulatory compliance scope.

3.Serves as consultant to the business in designing compliance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and requirements.

4.Supports the business in the implementation of required compliance processes and procedures, including maintaining documentation as required by Enterprise policy and procedure and where appropriate or other regulatory authorities.

5.Serves as Line Unit Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Coordinator and works to ensure compliance with Enterprise policies and procedures and local jurisdictional AML laws and regulations.

6.Serves as the Line Unit Crime Prevention Officer and works to ensure compliance with Enterprise policies and procedures and local jurisdiction laws and regulations.

7.Supports the timely and accurate execution and filing of all compliance and related reports required by Enterprise and local regulators and authorities.

8.Serves as Data Privacy Coordinator and works to ensure compliance with Enterprise policies and procedures and local jurisdictional data privacy laws and regulations.

9.Assists with the coordination and support for other Line Unit compliance risks as assigned.

10.Works with various departments within the Line Unit in the development and maintenance of standard compliance internal control procedures, pursuant to policy and procedure requirements from Enterprise and local regulation.

11.Supports the monitoring process of the effectiveness of Enterprise and local regulatory policies and procedures, as appropriate.

12.Facilitates local compliance program communication and training as needed.

13.Coordinates and/or assists with internal and external auditors, as necessary.

14.Supports the Corporate Business Practice Review process as appropriate in Compliance risk areas.

15.Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department.

16.Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1.Advanced knowledge of and advanced ability to prepare presentations and reports using FPD software.

2.Ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse cultures and various levels within the company.

3.Working knowledge of Enterprise Compliance Policies and Procedures and local compliance and regulatory requirements.

4.Working knowledge of audit procedures.

5.Working knowledge and advanced ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.

6.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, highly organized, sense of urgency and follow-through.

7.Advanced organizational and presentation skills.

8.Demonstrated ability to compile and analyze metrics that measure process effectiveness.

9.Demonstrated knowledge and ability to research compliance issues.

10.Ability to generate sound recommendations that effectively address control weaknesses.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
A 4-year college or university degree in any of the business disciplines and a minimum of 4 years exempt experience in compliance, accounting, collections, customer services, credit, marketing, audit and/or related discipline is recommended. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education. Proficiency in English and ability to communicate, present, and understand English content.
