Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Practicante de Guest Service Ambassador para Miraflores Park, a Belmond Hotel, Lima.

**PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES**:

- Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes del Hotel.
- Realizar el Check In de los huéspedes y todo el proceso que implica el registro de huéspedes.
- Realizar el Check Out de los huéspedes y todo el proceso que implica el cierre de cuentas.
- Brindar toda la información, recibir pedidos y solicitudes de huéspedes y hacer seguimiento de las mismas.
- Revisar el reporte de llegadas de huéspedes, en coordinación con los supervisores de Ama Llaves.
- Dar información del hotel a los clientes: Tarifas, promociones, tipos y disponibilidad de habitaciones.
- Recibir llamadas telefónicas y derivarlas a las áreas correspondientes o a las habitaciones de los huéspedes.
- Recibir encargos para huéspedes y coordinar el envío a su habitación con botones.
- Recibir y dar seguimiento a las quejas de huéspedes y coordinar con las áreas involucradas.
- Revisar los correos electrónicos y de la información recibida.
- Cumplir los estándares de servicio (incluye mantener una postura y comportamiento adecuado en el área), así como otros estándares, políticas y procedimientos de la empresa (SST, HACCP, etc.).

**Requirements**:
**Educación**: Superior Técnico Concluido

**Profesión**: Técnico o Profesional en Hotelería y Turismo, Administración Hotelera, Administración o carreras afines.

**Conocimientos**: Manejo básico de Opera o Sistema Hotelero.

**Nível de inglés**: Intermedio alto.

**Nível de office**: Intermedio.

**Experiência**: Mínimo 6 meses en puestos similares.
