Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities - Evaluate investment properties and perform financial analysis, including cash flow projections and return on investment calculations - Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for internal stakeholders - Assist in the due diligence process, including property inspections, title searches, and environmental assessments - Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate property acquisitions and dispositions - Monitor real estate market trends and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization - Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and client interactions - Strong telemarketing skills to effectively communicate with potential clients and generate leads - Technical sales expertise to promote real estate investment opportunities to prospective investors - Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry - Experience with outbound calling and lead generation strategies - Knowledge of technology sales techniques to leverage digital tools for marketing and sales purposes - Familiarity with market analysis methodologies to assess property values and investment potential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
