**About the Unit**:
At this moment, we are looking for a Commercial Manager responsible to coordinate Yara´s commercial activities in the assigned region in order to achieve targets like Business Plan in total Volume per crops, zone, family of products and the planned margin and Premium.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support implementation of Innovation and transformational initiatives
- Identify, develop and deliver profitable growth opportunities for Yara´s Portfolio with special focus on Premium Products.
- Lead and develop a team of sales agronomists.
- Know the market, gather, develop, benchmark and distribute information, tools, analysis and support to the team in the field (Market intelligence).
- Prospection of the clients in the region, visit the customers regularly and identify their needs to ensure good advice and business closure, always seeking customer loyalty
- Execution of marketing activities according to the assigned area, field days, organization of technical training (Demand generation activities)
- Guarantee sales per month of the area in charge, delivering an accurate forecast that ensures the availability of product for sale, working in a synchronized manner with the agronomy team.
- Get firm decisions in favor of the Yara business (sales strategies, get out old inventories, report expenses)
- Monitor, review and incentive sales in order to improve inventory days.
- Collaborative way of working with other areas such as Business Development/Agronomy, Supply Chain, Finance, HESQ, HR.
- Plan and execute the fixed cost budget seeking a rational and effective use of the allocated resources
- Ensure Yara’s standards of health, environment, safety, security of all Commercial Team.

**Profile**:
Agronomy/Commercial degree or business or other relevant field.
Preferably with Masters or other Post-graduation course.

At least 2 years in agricultural business. Leading a commercial team.

Have a strategic and business-oriented thinking.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Lead and Develop teams. Finance basic knowledge

English
Confident yet humble, proactive and autonomous
Team worker with the ability to motivate and unite colleagues from geographically distant units.
Takes the lead, is proactive and eager to detect and explore new opportunities.
Good ability to plan and work systematically. Avalability to travel within the country and occasionally region and overseas
