- Experiências de 4 años en áreas de Riesgo Operacional y Control Interno en empresas de servicio y/o consultoría.
- Cursos de especialización y/o certificación en temas de riesgo operacional, gestión por procesos y proyectos.
- Valorable conocimiento sobre riesgos tecnológicos, riesgos outsourcing & compliance
- Dominio de Ofimática a nível avanzado, Excel avanzado.

**Aspectos generales**

Propósito

Serás responsable de asegurar que el Modelo de Control Interno se cumpla dentro del ámbito de gestión correspondiente desde la primera línea de defensa. Ello implica la gestión acorde a los lineamientos establecidos por los distintos equipos vinculados a la gestión del riesgo operacional tanto internos como externos. En ese sentido, velará por el cumplimiento de la metodología de control y vigila la adecuada mitigación de los riesgos en los procesos.

Funciones
- Identificar los procesos relevantes de la Unidad y documentar el mapa de riesgos y controles existentes en los mismos.
- Participar en las iniciativas de evaluación y refuerzo de entornos de control impulsadas por las distintas capas de control.
- Asegurar el desarrollo de marco de mitigación y control a aplicar en las iniciativas y proyectos de su unidad.
- Realizar seguimiento de la gestión del riesgo operacional en el área a través de la autoevaluación de riesgos y evaluando el diseño y funcionamiento de las medidas de mitigación y control.
- Desplegar una agenda de control para monitorizar la efectividad de los controles de la unidad (monitorización continua).
- Realizar seguimiento de los riesgos operacionales de las actividades externalizadas, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de Grupo en materia de outsourcing y Gestión de proveedores.
- Promover la implicación de los equipos y líderes del área en la gestión proactiva de los riesgos operacionales a través de acciones de sensibilización y/o comunicación.
