**¿Ya sabes que hacemos los OPEN INNOVATION ANALYST en el BCP?**

Somos los encargados de fomentar la innovación de “afuera para adentro”, acercando a los actores del ecosistema startup y fintechs al banco y así contribuir a la transformación digital del banco y la corporación, a través de la innovación.

**Nuestras responsabilidades principales son**:

- Escuchar las necesidades del negocio para proponer Startups / Fintechs que puedan resolverlas, respetando los planeamientos trimestrales y KRs.
- Proponer opciones de alianzas al negocio, fuera de lo pedido para preparar acciones futuras del negocio (pensar a mediano y largo plazo).
- Coordinar con los diferentes equipos internos del banco las evaluaciones de los startups (Arquitectura de TI, Seguridad, Ciberseguridad, Fraudes, Cumplimiento, Legal, Riesgos, etc) para poder salir con los pilotos en los tiempos acordados.
- Liderar el proceso de FastTrack de evaluación de startups en el banco para poder cerrar evaluaciones en 15 días. (Probar rápido, aprender y pivotear).
- Orquestar y empujar los equipos internos para la integración o escalamiento de los pilotos que tuvieron éxito.
- Velar por la mejora continua del gobierno de trabajo con startups dentro de toda la organización.
- Reunirse con CEOs de Startups y Fintechs para conocer sus propuestas y evaluar cómo puede su solución hacer fit con las necesidades del banco.
- Hacer seguimiento a las alianzas para asegurar la sostenibilidad del servicio prestado.
- Idear y organizar eventos para promocionar el área de Partnerships en el banco y en el ecosistema startup.

**Debes postular a este rol solo si**:

- Eres Bachiller de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía, Marketing o carreras afines.
- Tienes 3 años de experiência laboral en startups, fintechs, fondos de venture capital y/o productos digitales.
- Tienes experiência previa en productos financieros (Banca).
- Tienes conocimientos en Microsoft Office nível avanzado.
- Tienes conocimientos en Ingles nível avanzado - indispensable.

**Opcionales**:

- Cuentas con conocimientos en data-driven (sabe definir estrategias de negocio y armar mecanismos para medir su avance e iterar) - deseable.
- Cuentas con conocimientos en hands-on (valora y disfruta poder meterse a la ejecución de un negocio/producto) - deseable.
- Tienes conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de datos (SQL, Bigquery) - deseable.
- Tienes conocimientos en Notion, Canva o Miro - deseable.
