**Requisitos**:

- Profesionales de la carrera técnica y/o superior. Electrónica, eléctrica, o similar
- Experiência: 2 a 4 años en campo y administrativo
- Sistemas: manejo de SAP o algún otro ERP.
- Excel Intermedio
- Inglés: Intermedio

**Funciones Principales**:

- Coordinación con talleres y técnicos
- Control y monitoreo de Indicadores TS VD, CRRR, Chatbot, NPU, FTC, SBA
- Soporte Contact Center Perú y México
- Soporte y entrenamientos a técnicos red nacional
- Coordinación y soporte con LAB VD, Reworks
- Coordinación y soporte con Team Comercial VD
- Coordinación, análisis y reporte a fabrica de problemas de calidad
- Monitoreo de técnicos red nacional
- Entrenamiento auditorias, supervisión a talleres red nacional VD
- Coordinación y soporte casos PL
- Gestionar diariamente, validaciones, aprobaciones garantías
- Monitoreo y creación de contenido para las diferentes plataformas de soporte VD
- Coordinación con los diferentes PICS AC, HA, LAB, BO CC
- Soporte y monitoreo del proyecto premium instalación
- Análisis, Reportes mensuales y trimestrales NPI, Certificación Técnicos
