_INGCO International has grown successfully over the past 17 years and is ready to add a new position to the team. The Content Marketing Specialist is part of the Sales & Marketing team which follows in suit with the company's Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) platform. A self-starter and an accountable work ethic will serve well in this role._

In this position, you will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and develop and implement internal and external communication content to support marketing and sales efforts based on specific company goals and objectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit and optimize inbound sales and marketing resources to drive leads, subscribers and awareness
- Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and discoverable - regardless of its form
- Create content such as whitepapers, case studies, infographics, guides, blogs, social media, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources, to generate new content, and identify creative ways to repurpose, reformat and revise existing content into various output channels
- Weekly data reporting
- Virtually attend monthly team meetings with internal and external marketing and sales
- Virtually meet weekly with the Director of Sales & Marketing

- Self-starter and independent worker
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
- Possess a pleasant outlook - you must see the glass as half full rather than half empty.
- Must be highly sensitive to diverse cultures and languages.
- Creative writing
- SEO blog writing
- Design new content in Adobe Suite
- Ability to multitask

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Peruvian Nuevo Sol 78 per hour

**Schedule**:

- 15 - 20 hrs/week
- Flexible between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm CST business hours

**Experience**:

- 2-years experience in creating digital content including web, blog, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Presentations, etc.
- Please share examples of published blogs and/or content posts.
- Optional: Please feel free to send us links to your creative social media and/or blogs.
- Preferred experience in Adobe Creative Suite

**Work Location**:

- Fully Remote

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: S/.78.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lima, Lima: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (preferred)
