Distributor/junior Translation Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support Project Manager:

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure seamless operations. Assist in coordinating and executing project tasks as assigned.
- Pack Handling:

- Efficiently handle and organize translation and localization project packs for timely distribution.
- Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of project materials during handling.
- Order Delivery (OD):

- Coordinate the smooth and timely delivery of translation and localization orders to clients.
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams to optimize delivery processes.
- Quality Control (QC):

- Conduct quality control checks on translated and localized materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address and resolve any identified issues promptly.
- Documentation and Sheets:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to distribution activities. Utilize spreadsheets and other tracking tools to monitor project progress and ensure data integrity.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in the Translation and Localization industry.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Available schedule:
Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
