Communications Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator will assist the marketing team with projects; communicate the Skechers brand message using corporate creative campaigns for social media.

This includes keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audience by creating engaging content for our company's social media presence.

Will be responsabile por the coordination and execution of Marketing Events, Influencers and Ambassadors of our brand.
- ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS_
- Design and execute a strategy to grow the Skechers Peru community.
- Develop the content and monthly calendar for Skechers Peru social networks. Including shootings for our local catalogue.
- Community management for Skechers Peru social networks.
- Analyze social networks monthly performance including an action plan to improve metrics and investment efficiency.
- Present monthly report with SM statistics for Corporate report on the 4th of each month.
- Coordinate and optimize social media content with malls where we have our own stores & WHS accounts.
- Establish direct contact with the different media: business, fashion, entertainment to gain brand presence and content.
- Create an annual PR strategy to strengthen our relationship with the media throughout the year and generate loyalty. Work along with the PR agency to assure the execution and goals achievement in the planned target time.
- Enrich the plan with initiatives such as advertorials, collaborations, press releases that increase the brand presence in media.
- Design and execute a segmentation plan for the ambassador’s team and influencers that support Skechers communication for different targets and campaigns included in the annual plan.
- Direct contact with the ambassador’s team and influencers. Follow up on the content agreement and objectives with each one and request the results at the end of the month to incorporate them into the report and evaluate their performance.
- Work hand in hand with influencers and ambassadors to find opportunities that can add value to Skechers.
- Maintain a scouting strategy for influencers that assure the brand is permanently partnering with the ideal talent and building a stronger message.
- Coordination with Retail team for the seeding program execution and budget tracking.
- Design together with the BTL agencies, different concepts for seedings and brand content.
- Support the event agenda for local market considering key initiatives, stores among Lima and provinces.
- Development of brand events, as well as the implementation of campaigns at the point of sale/malls including coordination, planning and follow up with stakeholders.
- Continuously during month and quarter update expenses and measure activities’ impact and results through presentations and reports.
- Analyze ROI for campaigns.
- Plan and activities must be supported with presentations such as Approval Forms timely submitted to assure execution.
- Other presentations needed according to Marketing agenda.
