**Functions**: Maintain a personalized service and customer loyalty. Direct, plan, organize and control the administration of the cargo agency in accordance with the rules and regulations established by Sunat-Customs. It is responsible for compliance with the Laws, regulations, commercial agreements and other functions that regulate the international transit of merchandise. Promotes compliance with the RIT. Directs and coordinates the work team, for the correct management of procedures and daily operations. Ensures through management and leadership that all inbound/outbound loads are completed properly and on time. Manages the team's productivity and develops initiatives to improve the efficiency of its performance. Handles the solution of problems that customers may present with their cargos. Guarantees operational observance of compliance standards. Professional who knows the new customs regulations, management of MISLO and MIIO. Handling of FCL, bulk cargo, minerals, perishables, Ro cargo, dangerous cargo, reefer cargo, special cargo, LCL cargo. (indispensable) Identifies training needs and opportunities to develop a highly qualified operations team. Directing and optimizing the elements of each process within foreign trade. End of month meetings with management to report cargo movements during the month. Coordination with management.

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**: Graduate of foreign trade, industrial engineering or related careers. Experience in the field more than 5 years. Knowledge of incoterms, General Customs Law and Tax Administration. Knowledge of the new regulations of MTC, Customs and Mincetur. Handling perishable cargo (REEFER CARGO) Intermediate or advanced command of English (spoken / written / reading) - Essential. Availability to work in the Miraflores district Availability to work from Monday to Saturday
