Buscamos un **Asistente de Gerencia** para gestionar tareas administrativas y quiera formar parte de nuestro equipo de Softline Perú.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Generación de reportes para la Gerencia.
- Control comercial de ventas.
Recepción y atención de visitantes (internos y externos).
- Gestión de los trámites y documentos administrativos.
- Registro y entrega de correspondencia recibida.
- Control y manejo de Economato de la oficina.
- Cotizaciones y control de equipos, reparaciones o mantenimientos necesarios para el funcionamiento de la oficina.
- Otras funciones que le sean asignadas de acuerdo con las necesidades de la empresa.
- Dar soporte logístico a actividades de recursos humanos y actividades de la subsidiaria.
**Requerimientos**:

- Perfil egresado/a de alguna carrera profesional o técnica administrativa o afín.
- Perfil Proactivo, orientado a soluciones y atención.
- Experiência en manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
- Deseable experiência mínima de 1 año en puestos de asistencia, gestión de clientes y/o trabajos de apoyo administrativo.
- Deseables conocimientos de inglés.
