Role Overview
As a Production Assistant, you will be an integral part of ensuring that our client’s demands and expectations are met on an ongoing basis. The Production Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that new clients websites and onboarding initiatives are launched on schedule, ongoing monthly initiatives for client work are complete. and liaise with client success team to ensure the production team exceeds client expectations every step of the way. This position plays an important part in optimizing existing procedures that will result in client retention, revenue growth, and attaining gross margin goals. Ultimately, the Production Assistant will work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and assist the Project Manager with providing oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget.
**What You’ll Do Here**:
**Main Goal**: To ensure that our client’s demands and expectations are met on an ongoing basis.
- Utilize company software to ensure that monthly deliverables are complete and monthly client calls are happening as scheduled.
- Collaborate with management to lead research initiatives to optimize current procedures to increase efficiency related to digital marketing strategies and customer success.
- Assist with the ongoing management of SOP’, to ensure that company processes are up to date and easy to understand.
- Provide progress reports of tasks and projects received on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Assist with ensuring deadlines and budgets are met for deliverables.
- Assist with developing ticketing system for client requests and ongoing maintenance and upkeep of ticketing system as needed.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Collaborate with Finance and Client Success teams to meet client churn and COGS objectives.
- Collaborate with Production team, Client Success team and CEO to develop referral plan for existing customers.
- Assist specifically with the management of a subset of projects, such as branding, social media, and CRM setup and troubleshooting.
- Engage with management, co-workers and vendors to ensure that their needs are met and that the team works towards efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
- Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
- Analyze data as required.
- Conduct administrative duties, such as organizing and maintaining project documents, updating project management database, and helping to manage the project’s budget, along with basic duties, such as setting up meetings and liaising with the production team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
**Must Haves**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing high-level support to leadership.
- Knowledge of Google Suite/Workspace preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of ClickUp project management system preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of High Level client relationship management system preferred, but not required.
