**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, and as an integral part of Questel’s Sales Team, this role is responsible for supporting a team of 9 Key Account Managers in the US and Canada by managing account renewals, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks such as coordination of software contract renewals, SalesForce and ERP data entry
- Manage SaaS contract renewals for a portfolio of clients, interacting with customers and resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner, escalating complex cases, as needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance, as needed
- Assist the sales teams in the creation of prospecting campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, sales activities, and interactions in our CRM system
- Monitor and track sales data to prepare reports to help with account management
- Support the sales team in reducing churn
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

**Education and Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in sales-related field preferred. In addition, any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a sales or administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times
- Technology literate; must be comfortable working in multiple systems including Microsoft Office suite and SalesForce
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach
- Able to stay on task with mínimal supervision and regularly report on progress on an individual and team basis
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Able to complete a heavy workload within an established time frame
- Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete administrative assignments
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in a second language, other than English is preferred, but not required
