Identificar oportunidades de transformación digital en el mercado y en la organización y proponer soluciones innovadoras y viables. Liderar la implementación de proyectos de transformación digital, desde la planificación hasta la implementación y la evaluación del éxito. Colaborar con líderesempresariales y técnicos para garantizar que los proyectos de transformación digital sean coherentes con la estrategia general de la organización. Supervisar y desarrollar equipos altamente capacitados para garantizar que los proyectos se completen en plazo y forma. Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y proveedores clave. Medir el éxito de los proyectos y la organización en su conjunto, y presentar informes periódicos a los líderes empresariales.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en informática, ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas o afines. Se valorará positivamente la obtención de un título de posgrado en alguno de estos campos. Experiência mínima de 7 años trabajando como Project Manager, Gestor de Proyectos o afines en el sector de servicios. Al menos 5 años de experiência en proyectos de transformación digital. Será preferible si se ha trabajado en una empresa de tecnología, consultoría o en un departamento de tecnología de una empresa. Experiência en liderar equipos y coordinar múltiples proyectos a la vez. Amplio conocimiento de tecnologías emergentes, incluyendo inteligencia artificial, análisis de datos, nube, Internet de las cosas, automatización de procesos y otras tecnologías digitales. Cursos o diplomados en: Lean, Innovación, Metodologías ágiles o afines Nível de inglés: Avanzado

**Competencias**: Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva con todas las partes interesadas, incluyendo clientes,
líderes empresariales y técnicos. Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos, como Agile y Waterfall. Capacidad para analizar y resolver problemas complejos. Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en un entorno de trabajo dinámico y en constante evolución. Habilidad para liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos altamente capacitados. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados. Excelente habilidad para la resolución de conflictos y la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Orientado a resultados y capacidad para medir el éxito de los proyectos y de la organización en su conjunto. Actitud proactiva y positiva hacia el cambio y la innovación. Habilidad para mantenerse actualizado en las últimas tendencias y avances en tecnología y transformación digital.
