We are looking for Customer Service Representatives based in Lima to help us ensure the satisfaction of the clients. You will be responsible for representing the company by committing to provide a professional and friendly service to our valued customers.
**Job description**:
- You will join the Zendesk consultant team
- You will be trained to Zendesk support and pass a Zendesk certification
- You will help our customers to implement Zendesk support
- You will work remotely
**Qualifications**:
- You are happy and curious,
- You love to learn,
- You love to share tips,
- You are team player,
- You have experience in Customer Service,
- You have already used Zendesk,
- You have a good level of French, spoken and written (+ Spanish and/or English)
- You love the startup environment
**Other details**:
- Contract length: 3 months renewable
- Starting date: As soon as possible.
- Full time contract
- Salary S/.2500 Gross salary
- Work remotely
**Elements needed for home office**:
- at least i3 processor
- at least 8 gig Ram
- at least Windows 10
- USB Headset with mic
- Good internet connection
