Resumen del rol:
El Especialista en Soluciones en Salud (HSP - Health Solutins Partner) es un rol comercial, no generador de demanda, enfocado en proporcionar contenido educativo y científico para apoyar a los HCP en grandes hospitales corporativos de múltiples especialidades. El objetivo es demostrar y mejorar el impacto de nuestra vacuna COVID-19 en los pacientes y la sociedad.

Esta función ayudará a crear una mejor experiência para el cliente que resulte en que Pfizer sea visto como un socio fiable para ayudar a resolver los retos sanitarios a los que se enfrentan los HCP y/o los pacientes.

Responsabilidades del rol:

- Impulsar un profundo compromiso del cliente con contenidos educativos y científicos. Entablar conversaciones significativas con los profesionales sanitarios objetivo (neumólogos, pediatras, entre otros) para impulsar el conocimiento de la enfermedad.
- Agilizar la interfaz con el cliente actuando como un punto de contacto de coordinación principal para garantizar que se respondan las preguntas y que las necesidades centradas en el paciente se satisfagan sin problemas en todas las funciones, herramientas y recursos de Pfizer.
- Trabajará con el CBL y otras partes interesadas para lograr mejores resultados a través de la educación y los servicios del personal de atención médica y del consumidor / pacientes habilitados por una profunda experiência científica para los profesionales de la salud
- Conocimiento de las preferencias de los clientes en cuanto a contenidos y canales para orquestar una experiência ideal del cliente mediante la selección de contenidos relevantes
- Apoyar el logro de mejores resultados de los pacientes a través de la educación de médicos y pacientes y servicios habilitados por una profunda experiência científica
- Garantizar una coordinación perfecta con colegas comerciales y no comerciales, y en casos más limitados recursos externos, para satisfacer las necesidades educativas y de recursos del HCP.

Propósito y actividades clave:
Rol consultivo; haciendo las preguntas correctas, escuchando activamente para identificar y comprender las reales necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas, que darán como resultado relaciones duraderas y verdaderamente valiosas con los clientes. Conocedor de las preferencias de los clientes en cuanto a contenido y canales para orquestar una experiência de cliente ideal a través de la selección de contenido relevante. Impulsar una participación más profunda en el contenido educativo y científico a través de las nuevas plataformas (Pfizer Pro - Galaxy) Apoyar el logro de mejores resultados para los pacientes a través de la educación y los servicios de médicos y pacientes habilitados por una profunda experiência científica.

**Requisitos**:

- Graduado en la disciplina relacionada con la ciencia o administración, preferentemente con experiência en gestión y/o marketing.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en el sector sanitario o farmacéutico
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación
- Sólida capacidad de compromiso y gestión de las partes interesadas externas
- Sólidos conocimientos en diferentes portales digitales de compromiso
- Preferencia experiência en vacunas
