**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or economics
- Previous senior-level experience in accounting or financial departments.
- Preferably, experience working in one of the "Big Four" firms or multinational companies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, in Spanish and English.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, financial analysis, and decision-making.
- Good emotional management and the ability to remain calm in constantly changing scenarios.
- Experience in accounting outside of Peru, especially in countries like Mexico, will be positively valued.
