**DUTIES**:
The incumbent serves as the principal local employee responsible for counseling the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Director, Deputy Director and Senior Narcotics Control Program (NCP) Advisor at the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S Embassy in Lima - Peru for the development, implementation and management of a complex program: Narcotics Control (Eradication-CORAH), operated under the United States of America (U.S.A.) and Government of Peru(GOP) Bilateral Agreement on Counter Narcotics; providing technical, financial and project management advisory services to the Government of Peru counterpart agencies, and monitoring/evaluating their progress. Job holder is responsible for analyzing and evaluating a portfolio of USD 50 million across different multi-year projects, including various INL Programs: National Control Program, Aviation, Police, Program Development and Support and Ports.

**EXPERIENCE**:
A minimum of five (5) years working in accounting, finance, audit firms or similar positions is required.

Must have a valid driver’s license and at least five years of driving experience.

**EDUCATION**:
University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required.

A valid driver’s license is required with at least 5 years of issuance.
