AECOM LATAM is seeking a highly talented and experienced Estimating Manager to join our team. This position can be based in any of our major Latin America offices, including Mexico City, Lima Peru or Bogota, Colombia. The position will report to the LATAM PMO/PD&C Director.

**Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
+ Responsible for leading estimating projects of up to $ 500 mil in size, leading a team of estimators and operations staff from conceptional stage to contract documentation level.

+ Responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering the pre-construction process on multiple projects, particularly the conceptual stages of estimating, bidding, and proposals through actual awards.

+ Experience in large infrastructure projects supporting Business Development and pre-construction phases.

+ Ability to work with multiple clients and project managers in coordinating all aspects of pre-construction.

+ Reviews bids, documents, and data for the project; establishing schedules and budgets for contract obligations. Participates in bid contract negotiations.

+ Prepares or assists in the preparation of order of magnitude, preliminary, definitive, change orders and check estimates using appropriate methods and techniques.

+ Prepares equipment and material take-off.

+ Utilizes the appropriate company and industry historical data for costing estimates.

+ Prepares or assists in the preparation of project and discipline estimate summaries.

+ Prepares or assists in the preparation of the Basis of Estimate.

+ Participates in estimate reviews.

+ Establishes and maintains cost databases and product line specific parametric analysis tools.

+ Prepares or assists in the preparation of order of magnitude, preliminary, definitive, change orders and check estimates using appropriate methods and techniques.

+ Prepares equipment and material take-offs.

+ Utilizes the appropriate company and industry historical data for costing estimates.

+ Prepares or assists in the preparation of project and discipline estimate summaries.

+ Prepares or assists in the preparation of the Basis of Estimate.

+ Prepares and validates project estimates in support of scope or work/scope of service changes.

+ Participates in estimate reviews.

+ Establishes and maintains cost databases and product line specific parametric analysis tools.

+ Advanced level incumbents demonstrate soft skill attributes such as leadership, conflict resolution, team building and mentoring.

Minimum Requirements

+ University degree/BA/BS + 10 years of relevant construction estimation experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

+ Preferred 5+ years in a senior capacity for a larger construction management firm working on multiple projects.

+ Experience with technology based estimating programs, such as, Winest, Timberline, MC2, and/or Pro-s

+ Model based estimating and QTO/BOQ experience.

+ Highly proficient in Spanish and English languages.
