Your role at Clorox:
El Senior Key Account Supervisor es responsable del volumen de ventas, estándares de ejecución, la rentabilidad y la implementación de los planes de negocio con los clientes asignados en su territorio geográfico. La posición reporta al Gerente de Ventas Canal Tradicional Lima y está a cargo de una cartera de distribuidores con alcance en Lima (Sell Out), Nacional (Sell In), además es responsable del desarrollo de nuevos canales a nível nacional.

In this role, you will:

- Negociar con clientes (objetivos, presupuestos promocionales y la implementación de actividades)
- Ejecutar el ciclo de ventas: procesamiento de pedidos, asignación de inventarios, seguimiento a despachos y cobranzas.
- Reportes de ventas y liquidaciones de gastos (Bonificaciones, incentivos y rebates).
- Garantizar la distribución, cobertura, surtido y visibilidad de los productos en las cuentas asignadas.
- Visitar constantemente el mercado para seguimiento del desempeño de la FFVV y gestión de los distribuidores a cargo, así como garantizar el cumplimiento del servicio de la agencia externa de merchandising.
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado y formular planes de acciones.
- Monitorear constante del comportamiento del mercado y competencia.
- Liderar el desarrollo de oportunidades en nuevos canales a nível nacional.

What we look for:
Experiência
- Experiência en Ventas de consumo masivo como Representante de Ventas, Supervisor de Ventas, Ejecutivo de Cuentas o afines a cargo de clientes del canal tradicional (Distribuidores).
- 5 años de experiência en el área comercial, de empresas locales o multinacionales.
- Alta Capacidad de gestión por objetivos y resultados (cuota de venta, Mix, cobertura, Cobranzas etc) y predisposición para afrontar retos con miras a un continuo crecimiento.
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de productividad (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Inglés Intermedio (Avanzado es un plus)

Escolaridad
- Profesional de la carrera de administración, ingeniería industrial o afines
