En el Clúster Andino tenemos una gran oportunidad dentro del área de estudios clínicos en la ciudad de Lima, Perú en el rol de Clinical Research Associate. El Asociado de Investigación Clínica (CRA) es responsable de la entrega de los estudios en los centros de investigación asignados y es un participante activo en los equipos de estudio locales. CRA trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los demás CRA y el Equipo de estudio local/Director asociado de estudio local (LSAD) para garantizar que los compromisos de estudio se cumplan de manera oportuna y eficiente. Es responsable de la preparación, iniciación, seguimiento y cierre de los centros asignados en los estudios clínicos, de conformidad con los documentos de procedimiento de AZ, las pautas internacionales como ICH-GCP y las reglamentaciones locales pertinentes y que los centros participen de acuerdo con su respectivo compromiso en los estudios individuales.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en disciplina relacionada, preferiblemente en ciencias de la vida, o título equivalente.
- Excelente conocimiento de las directrices internacionales ICH -GCP, conocimientos básicos de GMP/GDP.
- Buen conocimiento de las normativas locales pertinentes.
- Bueno conocimiento médico y capacidad para aprender áreas terapéuticas relevantes de AZ.
- Compresión básica del proceso de desarrollo de fármacos.
- Buen conocimiento de la gestión de estudios clínicos, incluida la monitorización, la manipulación de fármacos del estudio y la gestión de datos.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Buenas habilidades de negociación.
- Habilidad para buscar y promover métodos/procesos más eficientes y efectivos para realizar ensayos clínicos de calidad con un presupuesto reducido y en menos tiempo.
- Buenas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Familiarizado con el enfoque de monitoreo basado en riesgos, incluido el monitoreo remoto. *deseable
- Habilidad para buscar y promover métodos/procesos más eficientes y efectivos para realizar ensayos clínicos de calidad con un presupuesto reducido y en menos tiempo. *deseable

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Contribuye a la selección de investigadores potenciales.
- En algunos países, las CRA son responsables de la puesta en marcha del estudio y el mantenimiento reglamentario. Las tareas pueden incluir visitas de calificación del sitio, recopilación, preparación, revisión y seguimiento de documentos para el proceso de solicitud; presentación de la solicitud/documentos adecuados al EC/IRB ya las autoridades reguladoras para la puesta en marcha y durante la duración del estudio.
- Capacita, apoya y asesora a los investigadores y al personal del sitio en asuntos relacionados con el estudio, incluidos los principios de gestión de calidad basada en riesgos (RbQM).
- Confirma que el personal del centro ha completado y documentado las capacitaciones requeridas de manera adecuada, incluida la capacitación de ICH-GCP, antes y durante el estudio.
- Garantiza que los centros estén listos para la inspección en todo momento
- Inicia, monitorea y cierra los centros de estudio de acuerdo con los documentos de procedimiento de AZ.
- Comparte información sobre el reclutamiento de pacientes y el progreso del centro del estudio (calidad/ rendimiento del sitio) dentro del LST.
- Impulsa el rendimiento en los centros.
- Identifica y asegura de manera proactiva la resolución oportuna de los problemas relacionados con el estudio y los escala según corresponda.
- Actualiza CTMS y otros sistemas con datos de los centros de estudio según los plazos requeridos.
- Administra los suministros del estudio (ISF, etc.), los suministros de medicamentos y la contabilidad de los medicamentos en el centro de estudio.
- Realiza visitas de monitoreo, así como verificaciones de datos remotos, de acuerdo los plazos especificados en el Plan de Monitoreo del estudio. Si es necesario, determina y analiza con LSAD el momento y el tipo de visitas correctos.
- Realiza la revisión de datos de origen (SDR), la revisión del formulario de informe de caso (CRF) y la verificación de datos de origen (SDV), de acuerdo con el plan de monitoreo.
- Realiza evaluaciones periódicas de riesgos de calidad del centro y adapta la intensidad del monitoreo en consecuencia durante el estudio.
- Trabaja con la gestión de datos para garantizar una calidad sólida de los datos del estudio recopilados.
- Asegura la notificación precisa y oportuna de Eventos Adversos Graves y su seguimiento.
- Sigue los procesos de problemas de calidad escalando problemas de calidad serios o sistemáticos, violaciones de privacidad de datos, problemas de cumplimiento de CSP
