**Tu Misión**
Coordinar las operaciones de nuestro local comercial asegurando una excelente experiência para nuestros clientes, mediante la definición de procesos que nos permitan mantener nuestra flota organizada y en óptimas condiciones de venta. Definir estándares y KPI´s que aseguren nuestra calidad y retroalimentan a la planta de reacondicionamiento en búsqueda de la mejora continua.
**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Gestionar nuestro equipo en piso, su desarrollo y performance de forma tal de convertir la mayor cantidad de ventas, compras y trade-in de autos.
- Coordinar la logística interna de los autos que llegan al Hub.
- Garantizar una experiência óptima al momento de nuestras entregas, asegurando tiempos, estado del carro y entorno.
- Detectar desvíos e implementar puntos de mejora en el procesos.
- Retroalimentación al área de recondicionamiento sobre puntos críticos en la calidad de los autos reparados
- Analizar métricas y Kpis.
- Liderar el equipo de Wash & Clean y auxiliares de logística.
**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Egresados de carreras técnicas (Indispensable).
- Experiência de al menos 2 años liderando equipos (Deseable)
- Elaboración de indicadores, dashboards y presentaciones.
- Excel intermedio.
- Google Suite.
