Employee Experience is an essential role focused on developing innovative engagement, listening, and recognition strategies across the entire ecosystem of Encora. This individual will work closely with the People and Culture/ Talent Acquisition team.

The Employee Experience will design an Employee Experience strategy based on the employee life cycle to enhance engagement and belonging; the EE will be a proactive, strengths-based approach to learning,
skills building, action planning, and associated performance metrics. They will extend their expertise across the P&C department, Human Resources, and the enterprise and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, diverse team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage global employee experience strategy, collaborating with Sr Leadership, HR, local site leads, and talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and driving critical
- Develop and manage internal communications strategy to represent and shape group culture, effectively communicate strategic priorities, and provide clear messaging for a global audience
(including communications to external stakeholders)
- Identify and implement several methods for communicating with employees through various channels. Craft internal presentations, messages, and other content as needed.
- Build annual calendars for employee experience and communications activities based on strategic priorities and business cadence.
- Develop and implement a measurement framework for benchmarking, tracking, and assessing the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and communications.
- Manage projects and lead working groups across a variety of applicable initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in Business Partnership and project management
- English must be fluent in writing, editing, communicating, and presenting.
- Experience driving culture and employee engagement in a global organization.
- Experience in a multi-language environment
- You have demonstrated the ability to work at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to form stories and narratives with attention to detail.
- Employee Experience exhibits excellent listening skills, analyzes multiple sources of information and data, and creates solutions to solve problems effectively. The Employee Experience needs a
progressive, growth mindset grounded in sound models and methodologies.
- PMP certified or willing to be certified
