**Position**: Maintenance Coordinator
**Salary range**: USD 650 - USD 850
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field.
- Advanced English & Spanish.
- 2 years in a professional setting, Google Products & MS Office experience, well written & spoken communication.
**Tasks**:
**Position roles and responsibilities**:
- Client Communication: Proactively send outbound communication to both landlords and tenants.
- Tenant Coordination: Coordinate walkthroughs, inspections, repairs & general visits with tenants, and verify their satisfaction (when applicable).
- Troubleshoot: Troubleshooting with tenants when a maintenance ticket is received.
- Maintenance Requests: Track and schedule incoming maintenance calls through our online Resident Center, SMS & phone calls, and keep involved parties updated.
- Financial Recording: Record & audit contractor & different services’ invoices within financial files.
- Calendar Management: Management of the technicians’s calendar.
- Tenant incorporation to Buildium (Resident Center): Increase the adaptability rate with tenants.
- Manage massive communications regarding maintenance to the tenants: Send communications to the tenants through the portal and make sure they comply (replacement of filters, landscaping, winter preventions, etc).
**Schedule**: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (1 hour lunch break).
**Salary**: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,100.00 per month
