East Coast Management Company, LLC is a local full-service management firm based out of Canton, Baltimore City, Operating In Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Parts of Anne Arundel County. We handle all aspects of management so that our clients can focus on their investment, rather than on being a landlord. Our priority is your success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and then effectively triage work orders to the correct vendor orour in-house maintenance team.
- Schedule maintenance calls: Schedule maintenance calls with pertaining contractors (electrician, plumber, general handyman, roofer).
- Coordinate the maintenance visit with the tenant & and verify that the tenant is satisfied with the repair made.
- Record and audit the contractor's invoice for work performed (in coordination with the Director of Operations) and record within financial files.
- Inform the client about the satisfactory completion of repairs, provide photos and tenant communication stating that they are satisfied with such repair.
- Help consolidate and route all maintenance calls through a centralized number via our portal and train tenants to always provide videos/photos of the issue at hand.
- Filter contractor scheduling to two days of the week, to make contractors more cost-effective, and scheduling of work more manageable.
- Ensure contractors have a current license, insurance, ICA (independent contractor agreement) & and W9 on file. This is done in collaboration with the Director of Operations.

**Skills**:

- Phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Fluent English & Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter, willing to ask questions, organized, collaborative.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's (required).
- Customer Service: 1 year (required).
- Advanced English (required).

**Technology**:

- Google Suits (google sheets, drive, docs).
- Buildium.
- Open phone.
- Asana project tracking.

**Physical Setting**: Remote

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - Business hours

Pay: S/.2,600.00 - S/.3,700.00 per month
