**ACADEMICOS**: Mínimo egresado de carreras técnicas de sistemas o afines

**EXPERIENCIA**: Experiência mínima de 1 año en administración, operación, soporte y actualización de plataformas de tecnologías de la información y help desk.

**Funciones**:
1. Ejecución de procedimientos de administración, operación, soporte y actualización de la infraestructura tecnológica conformada por servidores, sistemas de almacenamiento, sistemas operativos, bases de datos, aplicaciones y sistemas de reportes, tanto en el site de operación como en el site DRP.
2. Mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de la infraestructura tecnológica (sites de operación y DRP).
3. Help desk on site (oficina central) como en Centros de Atención de Tarjetas.
4. Elaboración de reportes.
Condiciones

**lugar de trabajo**: oficina de san isidro

**Horario**: 8am a 5 pm lunes a viernes

**SKILLS**:
1. Conocimiento de servidores HP.
2. Conocimiento de sistemas de almacenamiento.
3. Conocimiento de sistemas de bases de datos Oracle o SQL Server.
4. Conocimiento en sistemas operativos.
5. Conocimiento de sistemas de reportes.
6. Dominio MS Office.

**7. Inglés técnico**: mínimo lectura. no es tan tecnico, ingles basico
