**Misión**:
Contribuye al éxito general del equipo de Inversiones en Profuturo AFP, garantizando que los objetivos, planes e iniciativas individuales específicas se lleven a cabo o se cumplan en apoyo a las estrategias y objetivos de negocios del equipo. Garantiza que todas las actividades realizadas se desarrollen de conformidad con las normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Bachiller de la carrera universitaria en economía, finanzas o afines.
- De 1 año de experiência (profesional y/o pre-profesional) en posiciones o industrias relacionadas, o en Mercado de Capitales, Inversiones, Finanzas Corporativas y/o rubros relevantes para la función a asumir.
- Deseable CFA Nível I o en miras de la obtención del mismo.
- Conocimiento a nível intermedio de Valorización de instrumentos financieros, Análisis de Mercados Financieros, Conocimientos de modelación financiera.
- Manejo a nível intermedio de Office, Bloomberg.
- Nível avanzado del idioma inglés (escrito y hablado).

**¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?**
- Promueve una cultura centrada en el cliente a fin de profundizar las relaciones con los clientes y aprovechar las amplias relaciones de Profuturo AFP, así como sus sistemas y conocimientos.
- Generar y actualizar modelos de análisis financieros a nível sectorial y específico de empresas del Portafolio de renta fija, renta variable e Inversiones Alternativas que permitan identificar el valor razonable de las inversiones del portafolio, a fin de analizar potenciales variaciones en el valor de mercado e identificar oportunidades de inversión. Proponer nuevos instrumentos a nível sectorial y especifico de renta fija y renta variable (ETFs, fondos mutuos, bonos y acciones) y presentar el sustento respectivo para su utilización en las decisiones de inversión.
- Proponer ideas de inversión a nível sectorial y especifico. Además, evalúa proyectos de Infraestructura para incluirlos dentro del Portafolio de Inversiones.
- Monitorear el Portafolio de Inversiones Alternativas para su gestión adecuada, lo cual incluye datos a nível de fondo y subyacentes respecto a métricas de retornos y fundamentales.
- Coordinar con el área de Operaciones Financieras la correcta valorización y manejo de flujos efectivos del portafolio de Activos Alternativos para monitorear la exposición y proyección de la estrategia.
- Realizar las funciones relacionadas al manejo del portafolio de Inversiones Alternativas para su adecuada gestión, así como la remisión de todos los reportes regulatorios.
- Participar en reuniones internas y con agentes externos (por ejemplo, fondos extranjeros, bancos de inversión, especialistas, etc.) con el fin de evaluar y proponer fondos activos de inversión.

- Realizar el seguimiento de que la mesa de inversiones ejecute las ideas de inversión aprobadas en el Comité de Estrategias de Inversión.
- Actualizar y desarrolla herramientas de análisis sectorial para su utilización en las decisiones de inversión.
- Recomendar al Gerente Principal y Gerente de Inversiones el derecho de voto en los órganos correspondientes (Comités de Vigilancia, Asambleas de Partícipes y Juntas de Accionistas) de las empresas o fondos invertidos con la finalidad de tomar conocimiento de su situación y proponer las acciones que correspondan.
- Monitorear los principios de buen gobierno corporativo, hechos de importancia, principios ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) a fin de analizar y evitar impactos potenciales sobre el valor de las inversiones realizadas e informar a la unidad encargada de la regulación de Mercados.
- Comprende la cultura de riesgo de Profuturo AFP y cómo debe considerarse el apetito de riesgo en las actividades y decisiones diarias.
- Realiza activamente operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas, a la vez que garantiza la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles de negocios diarios a fin de cumplir con las obligaciones destinadas a reducir el riesgo operacional, el riesgo de incumplimiento reglamentario, el riesgo de lavado de dinero y de financiamiento al terrorismo y el riesgo de conducta, entre las que se incluyen las responsa
