As an **Inside Product Specialist**, you’ll be a key player in delivering cutting-edge solutions and building strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the go-to product expert for Palmiq’s IT solutions: serve as the primary internal product expert on a portfolio of IT solutions from Palmiq’s vendor partners (cloud solutions, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver exceptional value.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and solutions to provide informed insights.
- Manage client accounts, monitor progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced English
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for learning and growing within the IT industry.
