Te deseamos mucho éxito dentro de este procesoTipo de Contrato: IndefinidoContribuye al éxito general del área Digital Product & Design y de la unidad Retail Banking en Perú liderando a un equipo de diseñadores de diferentes disciplinas y en múltiples líneas de producto para desarrollar una cultura centrada en el cliente.¿Qué esperamos de ti?Profesional universitario de las especialidades Comunicaciones, Medios Interactivos o afines.Contar con 6 años de experiencia en diseño de experiencias, liderazgo de equipos y proyectos de diseño centrado en las personas, gestión de productos o canales digitales.Experiencia y capacidad para negociar e influenciar a ejecutivos senior.Conocimientos en:Diseño inclusivo, accesibilidad.Artefactos (User Persona, Empathy Map, etc).Técnicas de investigación y evaluación (Entrevistas, Test de usabilidad, Shadowing, etc).Prototipado (Figma, Sketch, Etc).Manejo del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado.Manejo de MS Office (Excel a nivel intermedio).¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?Entender como los valores, principios, cultura y apetito de riesgo del banco deben ser considerados en las actividades y decisiones del día a día.Liderar las diferentes disciplinas de diseño para conducir a la organización hacia una cultura de trabajo centrada en el cliente.Liderar y motivar a un equipo de Design Leads, así como a varios equipos multidisciplinarios para construir soluciones innovadoras que generan valor para el negocio y los clientes.Gestionar y desarrollar las diferentes disciplinas del equipo de diseño como Product Design, Service Design, Design Research y Visual Design.Promover el desarrollo personal y profesional de los miembros que forman parte del equipo mediante el acompañamiento y mentoría en sus funciones y proyectos.Responsable de planificar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto del equipo destinado a investigación y otras actividades.Liderar la relación con los proveedores que habilitan la gestión y desarrollo de las actividades del equipo.Habilitar y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las herramientas, licencias y accesos del equipo.Encargado de gestionar la capacidad de diseño dentro de los equipos multidisciplinarios de la organización.Construir un ambiente para fomentar el bienestar y el performance de sus equipos; implementar estrategias para atraer, retener, desarrollar y motivar a su equipo promoviendo la inclusión, la comunicación clara de la visión, valores, objetivos y gestionar la planificación y desarrollo de la sucesión del equipo.Agradecemos tu interés, sin embargo, únicamente los candidatos/as seleccionados para entrevista serán contactados.Scotiabank Peru es una empresa incluyente, que respeta la diversidad y no hace ningún tipo de discriminación.
