You will be responsible for implementing custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations to enhance system performance and automation.
You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring best practices in CI/CD, security, and data management.
This role is ideal for developers passionate about delivering impactful Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)Build scalable automations, workflows, and triggers using declarative and programmatic toolsDesign and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using MuleSoft, Heroku, or middleware platformsOptimize data models, security frameworks, and sharing settings to ensure system performance and complianceDevelop CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, GitHub, or Jenkins for streamlined deploymentsTroubleshoot, debug, and improve existing Salesforce applications to enhance functionality and user experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidanceEnsure best practices in governance, scalability, and performance tuningProvide mentorship and code reviews to junior developers to drive technical excellenceRequirements:4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development on the Force.com platformSalesforce Certified Administrator (required)Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (required)Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Triggers)Strong background in full-stack development, including frontend (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Angular) and backend (Java, .NET, Node.js) technologiesExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, Heroku, or middleware toolsKnowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub/GitLab), and automated deploymentsFamiliarity with data management, ETL tools (Informatica, dbt), and reporting (Tableau, Einstein Analytics)Strong understanding of Salesforce security, RBAC, and compliance best practicesAbility to troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications while ensuring scalability and maintainabilityExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teamsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
