Overview Early Learning Centre in Oak Park VIC seeks an experienced Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead the team and community. Responsibilities - Marketing - Managing day‑to‑day operations of a long day‑care service, in line with centre policies and procedures - Providing leadership and guidance to all educators - Managing all operational requirements of the service, including occupancy, wage management, rostering and budgeting costs - Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all stakeholders (children, educators, families, community and Approved Provider) - Commitment to ongoing learning and self‑development - Recruiting, inducting, supporting and mentoring new educators Qualifications & Requirements - Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor - A Diploma in Children Services or a degree in early childhood - A current Working with Children Check, child protection and first aid - Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities - Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process - Strong understanding of the child safe standards - Strong communication, leadership and management skills - Passionate about achieving the best quality of education and care with educators and the community for children and families - Knowledge of CCS, ACCS, Qikkids & Educa (preferred but not essential) - Excellent written, computer and communication skills - Bright, friendly and energetic - 2 professional references Additional Information Full‑time, Permanent position.
