Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead the development and execution of consumer 4P strategies that drive growth and profitability. This role combines market analysis, product planning, and strategic relationship management to ensure competitive positioning and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the consumer 4P strategy, ensuring the country meets its business objectives across all key metrics. - Conduct market research and analysis to optimize planning for parts and components, aligning with demand and profitability goals. - Build and maintain a profitable product portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix that drives revenue and customer satisfaction. - Provide product planning and strategic direction to accelerate sales growth and expand market share. - Evaluate and adapt strategies in response to market dynamics and competitive pressures. - Establish and nurture relationships with product partners, third‑party vendors, and other key stakeholders. - Contribute to product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with client needs and emerging market trends. Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year in product management, product planning, or related roles. Skills - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. - Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
