Staff Boom, a company that provides outsourced services, is looking for a **JR. TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST.**

**Job Requirements**:

- In charge of the selection process of the operation profiles (Customer Service Representatives).
- Support in selection processes of administrative profiles: Recruitment, filter calls and sending short lists to desired areas.
- Support in the management of administrative documents (T-registries, account openings, forms to enter payrolls and others).

**Responsibilities**:

- **1 to 2 years of experience managing recruitment and selection processes.
- Effective communication
- Advanced level of English
- Availability to work on site in Surco (M-F).
