As a solo practitioner, I provide personalized legal services and am seeking a highly skilled and experienced immigration paralegal to join my team. Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned immigration paralegal with at leastfive years of experiencehandling a wide range of immigration matters, including: - Family-based and employment-based petitions - Waivers and other complex immigration filings Key Responsibilities: - Manage cases independently from intake to filing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration laws. - Draft and prepare legal forms, petitions, and supporting documentation. - Correspond with clients, USCIS, DOL, NVC, and other agencies as needed. - Maintain case files and track deadlines efficiently. - Conduct legal research and assist with responses to RFEs and other inquiries. - Provide excellent client service and support throughout the immigration process. Qualifications: - Passion for immigration law and a commitment to helping others. - Fluency in Spanish is preferred - Minimum5 years of experiencein immigration law, with a strong background in family and employment-based petitions. - Exceptionalwriting and communication skills. - Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
