Responsibilities - Provide software support and maintenance services to PCI employees and customers - Develop and enhance functionalities and features of PCI software products - Conduct software testing, quality assurance, and release management activities - Deploy PCI software products and integrate them with other systems - Complete assigned personal and professional goals Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or related field - 5 years of experience with Java Backend - Design patterns and data structure knowledge - Experience with SQL and NO SQL data bases - Experience in full SDLC and excellent problem-solving skills - Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred - Experience with AWS services or certifications related to cloud computing (nice to have) - Availability to work on site from Tuesday to Thursday (Magdalena, Lima) - Advanced English Level Benefits - Competitive salary - Performance-based bonus - Clear career growth opportunities - 100% Private Health Insurance coverage - Hybrid work model - Unlimited snacks and beverages available in the office EO Statement PCI is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
