Job Summary:

In this role, you will report to the Recruitment Supervisor, Head of Recruitment and WS (Workforce Services) Manager. Help in the performance of the Recruitment function, participate in the implementation of Recruitment systems in an office/field location. Perform tasks related to labor recruitment, wage bulletins, labor standards, employment laws, training in civil construction workers and regime in general and orientation in labor relations.

Major Responsibilities:

- Attending meetings with Bechtel clients, business development, construction and global business units to participate in discussions and implementation of basic recruitment systems.
- Conducting research and develop statistical information and studies on recruitment, trends and practices in the market.
- Assisting in the implementation of Diversity and Inclusion goals in the workplace.
- Developing knowledge of the practical application of labor laws, equal employment/affirmative action legislation, and related government policies.
- Preparing databases and designing templates that contribute to the implementation of Human Resources systems.
- Designing flowcharts and presentations related to the recruitment processes.
- Maintaining, monitoring and managing the documentation of the work packages in digital folders.
- Preparing reports on the fulfillment of recruitment and other management-related objectives.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Requires bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering or any other related to the role, and +5 years of experience in recruitment or HR related experience for an EPC/EPCM company.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Experience in hiring civil construction workers and general regime.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably IBM, Kenexa, BrassRing or others).
- Experience in using SAP as a recruitment system and/or HRIS (preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Visio (preferred).
- Previous experience in the coordination of continuous improvement projects for internal clients and employee populations.
- Experience in research and reporting and statistical data collection.
- Experience as a Bechtel partner or JV, as well as knowledge of the construction practices carried out by Bechtel (desirable).
- Intermediate knowledge of contracting functions on field projects or in an office environment.
- Familiarity with Peruvian labor law as it relates to the hiring of workers in civil construction.
- Ability to plan, map and analyze the activities of recruitment, selection, hiring and mobilization of personnel.
- Intermediate knowledge of labor and employment laws and legislation related to hiring practices.
- General knowledge of human resources information systems for ship personnel and non-manual employees.
- Demonstrated skill in requirements analysis, work processes, spreadsheets and flowchart applications.
- Intermediate English level.
