Add expected salary to your profile for insights To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full time: ABOUT THE ROLE Sales is just the beginning: our order processing team takes over as soon as the sales team has initiated the sale and is then responsible for all order and customer-related issues until the goods leave our warehouse. This includes everything from creating and recording customer orders to monitoring the order and delivery status. The team is the first point of contact for our customers in all matters and, like our internal and external sales teams, is assigned to specific areas. As the team leader, you will report directly to our Head of Sales and work closely with the managers of the sales department. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Management and development of the order processing team, currently comprising 4 people (growing) Development and implementation of smooth processes and procedures within the department and at internal interfaces (e.g. accounting, scheduling and logistics), including communication, documentation and continuous monitoring Identification of new topics, challenges and projects, as well as their independent initiation with the aim of ensuring smooth order processing and continuous improvement of our customer service Recognizing and independently setting priorities Development and management of key performance indicators within the area of responsibility Further development of subject-specific applications in our ERP system Active participation in the day-to-day business of the department To be successful in the role you will have: Minimum 2 years of management experience as a team or department manager very good knowledge of sales and/or customer service Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong service mentality Customer and sales oriented behaviour Experience working in a fast‑paced office environment Experience working in a high‑volume, target‑driven sales environment Decisiveness and assertiveness Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage PV industry experience is an advantage Right to work in Australia is a must have We are looking for a dedicated and bright team member, who is seeking a long‑term stable career opportunity.
