As a Cell Gene Therapy Logistics Coordinator (Clinical Supplies Specialist) at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. You will be 100% dedicated to the CGT team.

What you will be doing

- Liaise with stakeholders on issues involving CGT supply.
- Contact couriers for required collection information based on protocol site lists.
- Provide collection information to Project Management in a timely manner.
- Track samples and arrange with specialty couriers for shipping at cryogenic temperatures, maintaining close communication with sites.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience (preferably nurse).
- Proven experience in cell gene therapy and clinical supplies management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Experience tracking samples and communicating with sites and specialty couriers for shipping at cryogenic temperatures.
- Strong understanding of GMP/GCP regulations and guidelines.
- Familiarity with Windows-based computer applications (e.g., MS EXCEL and PowerPoint).
- Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
