Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks. This is a fast-paced job with room for significant career growth.

Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Design, develop, and execute test plans for various software applications, considering different functionalities and user scenarios.
2. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, focusing on improving test coverage and efficiency.
3. Utilize Postman for API testing, ensuring proper functionality and integration with other systems.
4. Conduct mobile testing on various platforms and devices to identify platform-specific issues.
5. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and analyze reported bugs, providing clear steps and expected behavior.
6. Participate in load testing activities to identify and address performance bottlenecks under high load.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
8. Document test cases, procedures, and results effectively.
9. Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
10. Adhere to non-functional requirements, including usability, performance, security, and accessibility.

EXPERIENCE

1. 5+ years of experience in software testing.
2. Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans and automated test scripts.
3. Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and other test automation tools.
4. Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
5. Experience with MS Forms and Sharepoint.
6. Experience with Automated Business Processes.
7. Familiarity with mobile testing concepts and tools.
8. Experience with performance testing tools and load testing practices.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Passion for quality and continuous improvement.
13. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
14. Initiative and drive to do great things.
