Responsibilities - Manage all project activities and risks to ensure achievement of project objectives and milestones. - Lead the project team including engineers, technicians and project support staff to create revenue through managing and coordinating projects to TCQ. - Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project is on track. - Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers. - Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers. - Drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence. - Develop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs). - Provide project management inputs including formulating delivery strategies for bids and tenders. - Collaboratively work with our customers to truly deliver value in support of their key objectives and organizational needs. - Promote continuous improvement in project delivery.
