Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities - Prepare, record, verify, and analyze accounts payable and receivable transactions. - Process payments to suppliers and customer payments. - Maintain and reconcile accounting books, financial statements, and reports. - Perform billing analysis and reconciliations to detect fraud. - Ensure compliance with transaction verification procedures. - Issue invoices and handle customer inquiries. - Process electronic transfers, ACH payments, and checks. - Record cash, card, and electronic transfers; prepare bank deposits. - Investigate and respond to internal and external accounts receivable inquiries. - Support financial operations and process standardization. - Manage treasury control and cash reporting. - Handle bank account operations and current account management. - Administer and follow up on customer accounts receivable. - Execute supplier payments. - Contribute to customer service improvement and support change processes.
