Direct message the job poster from Be Aware About the Role: We are looking for a bilingual Growth & Admissions Specialist to join the Be Aware team, dedicated exclusively to our client, Intiwasi International School (California). This is not a typical marketing role. It is a high-impact position that combines Digital Marketing execution with Commercial Management (Sales). You will be responsible for the entire student enrollment funnel: from generating the lead on Meta/Google to closing the enrollment over the phone. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Funnel Management: Execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads) to generate leads and manage them until conversion. - Speed-to-Lead: Contact prospective families via phone/WhatsApp within minutes of inquiry. - Admissions Sales: Conduct consultative sales calls with US-based parents, explaining the school's value proposition (Immersion/IB) and handling objections. - Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with the on-site team in California to align digital content with enrollment goals. - Retention Initiatives: Propose and execute strategies to improve student retention and family loyalty. Requirements: - Language: Advanced/Native English is mandatory. You will be selling to native speakers daily. - Experience: 2+ years in a hybrid role (Digital Marketing + Sales/Customer Facing). - Tech Stack: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and agile design tools (Canva/CapCut). - Mindset: Results-oriented "Hunter" mentality. Comfortable working with sales targets and commissions. - Competitive Base Salary (USD) + Commissions per enrollment. - Opportunity to work directly with the US market.
